Lost Bet Lost Clothes

The shame again fall into the abyss.

Everybody scream again the scandal given the new judicial vicissitudes covering Silvio Berlusconi. We are talking about each other on Ruby, the now famous (escort?) Moroccan who would not further clarify the relationship with our prime minister when he was still 17 years. You will recall that it was also circulated an article he saw his grotesque our beloved Prime Minister to intercede with the police to be able to bail out the "poor" girl.
Needless to say, once again the Italian democracy is a bad figure, putting the sedan over the world, but alas this is not new as the gossip on the private lives of our Prime Minister is now in the limelight for too long.
It is here that engages my thought about it, are we really sure it is fair to give all this emphasis on the private life of someone like Berlusconi? is not even talking to you doubt that his frequent sex is put in the background instead of the disastrous conditions of our country, in large part caused by their evil government of the PDL? Had it not been for the courageous action of students and workers already marciscente the conscience of this country would be abandoned to the desert of content that is desired by the preachers nothing of the majority, and the constant gossip stuffed with spicy speculation is nothing more than a transaction in every way consubstantial with the maintenance of power by Berlusconi. Better to be accused of underage prostitutes go to the rest, (if it can be shown, something unlikely) that instead of being accused of having given a national television network to the Mafia, or worse, I did it with pacts that have included all criminal organizations' internal policy management. Much better to speak of Putin or the thousands of Latvian escort Arcore that of the authoritarian that is sweeping Italy. Once again it is for those seeking to expose communists these gossip from newsstands not to mention the real problems of country. Berlusconi did what he wants at home, our moral condemnation is obvious with regard to its dissolution, and do not even need to reiterate this. It is one thing for a party or a political organization to spend time discussing the morality of a character that should be attached to the facts a thousand times more severe.

Red Spot On Penis Fungus

the Japanese not interested in sex (?) Doubts

This seems the `unequivocal result of the analysis of data from a study conducted in Japan last September, ministry of health labor and welfare.
This is a survey that since 2004, takes place every two years and in 2010 and has been administered to approximately 3000 people of both sexes and ages between 16 and 49 years. Of those surveyed 57.2% responded.

Some figures. The
18% of men surveyed said they "have no interest or have aversion to sex (+8% compared to 2008), while women who have given this type of rispota are 48% (+ 11% compared to 2008).

Among adolescents aged 16 to 19 years, who responded have no interest in sex are 58.5% of girls and 36.1% of boys . Compared to 2008 the percentage is increased to entrmbi sexes but in the case of boys and is more that doubled : they were respectively 46.9% and 17.5% in 2008.

also increased the percentage of couples "sexless" defined as those who do not have sex for periods of one month or more. These are 40.8%, but in the case of couples aged 40 and over are almost 50%.

Among married men main reason for the loss of interest in sex (at least one marriage) is the fatigue Work (19.7%), while 26.9% of married women is justified it with his usual magic word "面倒くさい" which would mean "too flutter" and is used a lot, especially from women, to say that something is not done because it involves too much 'physical and mental fatigue than pleasure or all that is useful if you would. The number one reason shared (20.9%) is rather a loss of interest in sex following the birth of a child.

What and how much reality reflect the numbers of a poll is always difficult to say one thing certain is that in the meantime Japan on the sex (porn movies, gadgets, love hotels, prostitution) pulls still at large.

grammar? It is all right.

I happen to work to have "wrapped" grammatical doubts, fortunately, usually the solution is at hand: just see a couple of dictionaries.
But why are the questions of grammar? In reality
usually a "doubtful grammar" is a symptom of a change in lingustico file: a new form, a new spelling is emerging against the existing one.
This causes a temporary disconnect between the standard el `use, with the rule which obstinately supports the existence and` variant pushing to use the new one.
hard to peel off `until the new version ends, inevitably, to be accepted by the standard. The process can take several years and usually consist in affirmation of the new variant not only quantitatively but also qualitatively through an appearance of Use contexts more and more "high" until a new edition of a dictionary, containing additional ` perhaps marking it at the beginning as less acceptable variant. The standard `el
use made peace and doubt disappears.
Take the case of "marked" as meaning "all right". A search in dictionaries or on the infamous DOP not and can not be found on the Internet is defined as incorrect form of "right." But then Why do so many people think that we can write "bear"? Meanwhile
Why Why "purpose" is written in, and thus attacked is natural to think that you can do for "bear" is actually the norm can not explain why `" written "yes, but" attached "no visa that in both cases you start with a preposition more substantive. Not only that, the rule prohibits "bear" but accepts "appostissimo" (at least they do dictionary De Mauro and Zanichelli) as the superlative of "right."
course is a matter of time before "bear" is finally "official" recognition as a variant of "okay". In
both in the use "applied" appears to be in good health: Online I found a bit of certificates.

What To Write To Congratulate A New Born In Acard

Fiat: the carrot and the stick of Michael Michelino trtatto by www.resistenze.org

In a society where most of the wealth and resources is in the hands of a few workers are in a class not by choice but by necessity. Like all the workers and employees have no way to feed themselves and their families if they do not sell their power work in a capitalist, a master. Wealth created by them steals a minority, the bourgeois class which uses it to buy the institutions, politicians, union leaders, media and governments.

The struggle for survival in times of crisis leaves workers completely alone, their organizations, influenced by large corporations and the government, leave them at the mercy of the master class. In trying to defend himself, groped on a daily basis to solve their everyday problems are forced to challenge the established order with individual forms of struggle with the limits of self, through hunger strikes, climb on rooftops, chimneys, cranes, to put even against their "representatives" inserted fully into the system and fed by them economically.

When workers are freed from the shackles and control where they take the institutions, parties and unions, supporters of the capitalist system and join with other workers organize themselves independently in the fight against exploitation, their strength becomes revolutionary and subversive.

Increasingly it is the unions and parties, which, although they say they represent workers interests to bear against those who claim to represent. Many former officials and union leaders become leaders of labor market institutions, regulators, mediators of the conflict between capital and labor do nothing but defend their conditions of privilege "conquered" by defending those who pay them.

The social pact based on a "class compromise" that recognizes the right of unions to negotiate for its members is that now bears the bosses to choose the "other party" more in line with its interests.

Today we live in a society where values \u200b\u200bare upside down, the exploiters, the capitalists and parasites that have never worked in their lives are awarded with the honor of the Knights of Labor, while the workers are hungry. The Fiat story is paradigmatic. Today

corporations, owners no longer enough to exploit workers, stripping them of rights as human beings. How Marchionne said if the referendum sought by the Fiat Mirafiori not won with 51%, the company will not make investments by shifting production to other countries where workers' rights are nonexistent. Workers will vote no in the referendum submitted to blackmail free of loss of employment. For the capitalists, the workers must not only be exploited, but also happy.

This Fiat is supported not only by CISL and UIL, UGL-Fismic (RSU in the last election that have achieved together over 70%), the government, Confindustria, and part of the CGIL, but also by many political center, including the various D'Alema, Fassino and many others. The only contrary to the FIOM COBAS and which have not signed the agreement, are excluded from representation at the factory, because the owner chose him instead of the workers who is represented and who is not.

The FIOM-CGIL, which together with the Governments (the center-right and center), Confederation of Trade Unions and other collaborators for years has hindered the Cobas representation for non-signatories of the national contract, when she finds herself in conflict with the choices employers are excluded from representation penalized by the same rules used against the unions of the base.

History is full of episodes in which organizations set up by employees with good leadership, once inserted into bourgeois institutions, accustomed delegated representative democracy, becoming patrons of salons and government circles tend to become bureaucracies run by professional staff. In this case also executives from the proletariat, changing material conditions become for all purposes of regime officials.

The economic crisis has led to layoffs, reduced wages, increased insecurity and economic instability, attack on collective bargaining, while it is being gradually dismantled government guarantees for workers and constitutional rights. The recent Lisbon Treaty, which has incorporated the national constitutions and European makes in the first place rather than a right, but the market which are dependent on their rights. In the globalized world, in which the various imperialist dictate the law, the illusion of strategies to solve their problems through individual, corporate, or local becomes increasingly a chimera which leads to bitter defeat the workers' movement.

In imperial society the workers, the proletarians, workers are not free and equal citizens, but wage slaves living only by working for someone else, and forced to starve and left in the middle of a road if unemployed. That's because workers rely less and less and less and less influential and yet there are those who continue to peddle illusions about peaceful change by calling the company's workers at the polls. Against the bourgeois class against capital we can only deal with the general strike of all national and international working class, the exploited, not only to limit the exploitation, but to abolish the wage system together.

The problem of workers' power, "the assault on the sky" in the past has made concrete if briefly in the Paris Commune and the October Revolution in Russia and elsewhere over the years has been diminishing becoming a fleeting memory. The proletarian seizure of power in Europe in recent decades for some it was only possible with voting for your party or union, or directed local and sectoral forms of struggle armed with small groups, all strategies that have proved unsuccessful. The class struggle, political, economic and in all respects, far more latent than direct, it is now to be asked again on the agenda. In the era of imperialism even more than in the past you can not defend and improve the condition of a sector of the working class if not at the same time improve the conditions of any other worker.

Experience has shown that there is a good capitalist, with a human face, which respects the rights of workers and a bad one that tramples them. If during periods of recovery in which all the owners are lavish affairs capitalists and their political representatives in the center or center-right governments, can afford to pretend to be "democratic" in the crisis increased competition makes the owners more "bad". The bargaining between the social partners and consultation, the result of the social contract between governments, employers and trade unions, the daughter of "industrial democracy" in the crisis is set aside in favor of more rigid control of the factory showing the true face, the other side of the coin, the brutality of the capitalist mode of production. His master's will become law without mediation, requiring the labor force, the violence of a system that appropriates the wealth produced by millions of human beings and combating trampling any law that hinders the accumulation of profits.

institutions beginning with the capitalist-imperialist governments that defend the interests of the exploiters and oppressors seek to govern mediating and moderating social conflicts to prevent the widespread discontent becomes explosive, suppressing any protests that obstructs or call into question their power . Today is no longer enough to try to defend themselves. As proletarians, workers, we can not get drawn into this limiting daily guerrilla attacks continue to resist capital and the changing market. The current system continues to produce that misery and grief for the working class has in the material conditions for its subversion.
And
'time in which workers do not suffer alone, but will resume in hand their destiny openly struggling for a society without bosses, which does not produce for profit but to meet the needs of humanity. We must return to fight for another economic and social system that abolishes the society that legitimizes the system of wage labor, whereas the exploitation of human beings, a crime against humanity.

Today, anyone critical of the current mode of production is branded a Communist. A chorus of politicians to strengthen the center must be added the trade unionists and leftist intellectuals within society and bourgeois institutions from which they derive benefits economic and social changes that are competing for the preaching of the sacrifices for the workers, and denigrate and repudiate communism. It 's time in which the labor movement is reasserting his own theories of her class. The class struggle can not just let her do the bosses.

In recent years anyone opposed to imperialist wars, poverty, exploitation of man by man or simply countered the power of monopolies and the powers that be asking for the application of the same laws for all middle class has been branded communism. It 'now time that the workers, the proletarians, the workers conscious revolutionaries who want to build a new society free from exploitation are no longer just a witness.

The workers may not be aware that only a specter haunting Europe, a tale of times past, but a reality that is beginning to shake the foundations of the capitalist system, yet quiet shaking the sleep of the exploiters, turning them into nightmares

Diliberto on the referendum Fiom

"The fact that the government has not stopped a referendum illegal, unconstitutional because in essence, demonstrates its class nature. We are at a crossroads in our civilization. Marchionne Opposing the model is not only a civic duty but a requirement for democracy. If it passes that model, which produces a shift to barbarism, the very concept of democracy is likely to be empty, with serious consequences in everyday life. That referendum is a dangerous passpartout. "I said Oliviero Diliberto, a spokesman for the National Federation of the Left, the online newspaper quinews.it

usagi rabbit coffee bar and Neapolitan

Tired of the usual bar library.
Of that wi-fi where amuse with apple-gadgets-cazzateria.
also finished the `appeal of the" bar maid "where the US-Japan girls in French maid costume or the like are コス プレ customers and treating them as their masters. When
`s only now seems to return to the old timeless Dotour, here` s inexhaustible, tireless, marketing genius Japanese pulled out a `other.
L `" usagi coffee "which in English would sound like" rabbit bar "and I would translate it into Italian café rabbit.
and the name you'd imagine a lot already waitress hill bunny ears and tail ... But no: the rabbits are real!
You go to these bars and paying 800 / 900 yen you get a drink you can be 30 minutes ... to caress the rabbits! There you can put them on your lap or photograph them, even feed them. The bar does not assume, however, it is your responsibility as to any stains or damage to clothing caused by smaneggiamento rodents.

This concept bar is in reality a variation of the already popular 猫 カフェ [ neko cafe] where to entertain the customers instead of the rabbits are cute cats. The first Japanese
nekocafe opened in Osaka in 2004, but the idea comes from Taiwan where the first "gattobar" is opened in Taipei in 1998.

The growth in popularity that the long-eared rodents are experiencing lately in Japan, obviously owes something to the fact that according to the Chinese calendar 2011 is the year of the rabbit.

In Italy, however, rabbits do not go to bars yet, but continue, in spite of themselves to be found in many restaurants ...

Chicken Leg Domino Rules

Fiat money or blackmail from the Life

We got to the point of no return. In a country where democracy is adrift in danger and where the institutions are now completely in the lurch, coming on the agenda the vital node of the Fiat Mirafiori, the tug of war between Marchionne and Fiom which is holding its breath thousands of workers.
Mirafiori workers are not happy, they are aware of the deadly situation that you are configuring before them in the near future, they realize that even if voting "yes" to referendum by no means an assurance about their future work and that of Fiat.
Marchionne with what you said is trying to download the full brunt of FIOM choices that are probably inevitable in the long term, and especially does absolutely nothing to try to show a different face from what is trying to rights which are trampled been earned by the sweat and blood struggles hours faded, and that no longer able to remember. Even more than the subject brought up by Marchionne Fiat is not only about the issue, but must be extended to cover the whole field of collective bargaining on workplace, and then all the relations between workers and companies in our country. Let us assume for a moment the good faith of Marchionne, something that I personally do not think we really sure that voting "yes" in referendum to its mass / blackmail can not create a monster capable of fighting back the previous workers' rights to decades ago? The risk is too high a closer look, even more than the Italian workers earn much less than almost all their European counterparts, and that our country does not show any kind of possibility of industrial revival, despite what is said by Tremonti and Co. . But back to the speech
FIAT and analyze in detail what is unacceptable in all respects in his speech Marchionne: the threat. "If you do not do as we say, we're leaving." Some will object that is fully legitimate for an employer, when he saw their profits put at risk, may elect to protect them to leave. Well, the Fiat but I am not just a company being detached to some entrepreneurs in the province, is a company that for better or worse, has made history in this country. Thousands of Italian workers have sweated in the assembly of Fiat, Italians have bought thousands of Fiat cars, but now, if nobody buys a sufficient number of Fiat cars ever be exactly the same Italians to pay?
If any company to increase profits threatened their employees to accept working conditions and low wages grueling pain of closure and removal of plants, we'll be looking at a butcher's social hall would be a war between the poor, alas, already reality in some parts of ' Europe.
A serious country would intervene in the vacuum left by the unions, unable to protect workers (FIOM excluded of course), and try to mediate and reach an agreement but not blackmail the workers and not try to put them in the face of tremendous anti-modern and blackmail of " Your money or your life. " The reality, most bitter and dangerous, is that the powers that be are trying to use as a battering ram Marchionne, in order to scaridnare remains of the protection work. Once the dam collapsed, will move everything, and nothing can save more of our workers, our youth, our children, war of the poor against the poor, all the same against poverty

Diy Spray On Liner For Boats

XXI CENTURY "Italy is the laboratory of modern totalitarianism." Interview with Stefano Rodota. Miguel Mora, El Pais, Italian translation by Andrea Pinna

Defender of secularism, democracy and common sense, Stefano Rodota is a man of exquisite courtesy. Master of law, and deployed without ambiguity dell'operosità Pasolini's heir, is perhaps the penultimate European humanist and one of the few intellectuals left in this race that Italy "sad and frayed that we look at the navel and it seems more and more a ' Appendix Vatican as they approach the 150th anniversary of the unity of the country. "

Professor emeritus of civil law at the Sapienza University of Rome, born in Cosenza Rodotà 73 years ago, writes books and articles, participating in conferences, directs the Festival of the Right to Piacenza, promote events and battles fought for many causes, from press freedom public ethics, euthanasia. PCI

Elected in '79, he lived as the convulsive decade parliamentary end of the first Republic and was later the first president of PDS, founded in '91 from the ashes of Achilles Occhetto PCI. Just one year later, perhaps foreseeing what would happen, he abandoned politics.

Today he teaches in several universities in the world and as a specialist in philosophy of law and co-author of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, is an obligatory reference in terms of individual freedoms, more rights, democratic quality and abuse of power. But with plenty of his work on the relationship between law and privacy, technology, business, information and religion.

has just been published (in English, NDT) in his book "The life and rules. Between the right and not right, "an essay of 2006, expanded in 2009, in which Rodotà examine the limits of the law and claims in nature" more sober and respectful of the many new forms that took the life human. "

professor denounces the tyranny that the new law clerics want to impose on citizens, a "cast of notables' consists of jurists and lawyers, from large international studies that" establish the rules of global law on behalf of multinationals, "the" invisible legislators seize the legal instrument, making a technical mediation in a proceeding sacralized.

The book draws a post-Marxist critique of the jungle of legal constraints that constrain the freedom introduced by the scientific and technical innovations. Quoting Montaigne ("life is a moving variable, irregular and multiform) Rodotà explains how the" Gospel of market, "political power and religion have produced together a" commodification of the law that paves the way for the commodification of even basic rights, "as stated by so many different issues such as immigration, artificial insemination techniques, or new frontiers of biology.

According to this logic Rodotà mercantilist and invasive "in total contradiction with the centrality of freedom and dignity" and the privatization of law in a global world creates huge inequalities, Heaven and Hell, "places where you create new rights and freedoms and others where the legislature wants to take control of people's lives. "

"The paradox is that this disparity, which in theory should promote the awareness of equality in the world, is likely instead to consecrate a new citizenship based on the census," he says. "If you legislate on genes, the body, pain, life, privilege or work using repression, arrogance and the technique of corporate relocation, freedoms become goods and only those who can afford it will benefit. "

Rodotà as exemplified by the gay marriage or assisted fertilization, "that in Italy producing a stream of tourists the right to countries such as Spain and other less secure as Slovenia or Albania." And conversely, "Tax havens and countries with the least rights of those who work or in a weak environmental legislation that attract businesses and capital."
The big challenge, says Rodotà, is "out of the law and return to life." Or as stated in the prologue of the book Professor. Jose Luis Pinar Mañas "unite life and law, law and person, person, freedom and dignity, the right place at the service of man and of power."

D. It is ironic that a lawyer warns against excesses of the law?
R. The real paradox is that the right which must be sober and sensible only a mediation, you become arrogant and pretending to steal a weapon of human life, which is related to scientific and technological innovations. First birth in a unique way since Robert Edwards, Nobel Prize, has invented the test-tube baby, have changed the rules of the game and the natural law is not governed only by natural procreation. There are other possibilities and then comes the question: should the law intervene? And to where? Sometimes his claim is put in a cage science, oppose the right to rights, use the right to deny freedom. This is legal? Sometimes it may seem that it is, for example, in cloning.

D. And in other contexts?
R. In my opinion, the law must intervene without arrogance, without abuse, leaving people free to decide in good conscience. The case of Eluana is a prime example of the use of the law and also of overpowering cultural backwardness and political lives in Italy. The Power and the Church decided, in violation of the constitutional sull'inalienabile person's right to dignity and health, that action was needed to limit the dignity of the woman now brain dead and her father the right to decide for yourself. The problem is not just ripping authoritarian political power, but the foolish challenge to the supreme law, the Constitution, and the active participation of the Church in that attack.

D. The prohibition of assisted reproduction has been confirmed by popular referendum in Italy.
R. Some scientific discoveries cast doubt on the anthropology of the human being as deep and the use of non-use of several embryos in assisted reproductive technology. The law should provide for these innovations, not block them. Scientists call for rules to determine if their findings are ethically and socially acceptable. Overbearing law restricts use of their research, denies human progress and so takes possession of our lives because it denies us any right or worse, the only negative to some. Italians rich can go to Spain to undergo fertilization techniques, it is barred to the poor. You create a citizenship based on wealth and destroys the welfare state. Life comes before politics and law.

D. Italy is committed to the current Catholic fundamentalism?
R. Italy is a laboratory of modern totalitarianism. Power, abuse of law, privatization and regarded as a commodity, paving the way for a political and religious fundamentalism, and this undermines democracy. The Italian bishops are opposed to living wills, those Germans have proposed a regulation that is more advanced than that produced by the Italian left. One year after the death of Eluana, Berlusconi wrote a letter to the nuns who attended, informing them of his sorrow at not having been able to save lives. He has publicly admitted that the power attempted to steal the life of Eluana, now the Church is proposing a "plan for life" as a bargaining chip because it supports and enables us to continue to govern. That is the rule of law has sold to the Vatican for a song.

D. Homosexuals still have no rights and lay people rely less and less.
R. The Constitutional Court ruled in the sense that Parliament should legislate recognizing same-sex marriage, this right is already guaranteed by the Charter of the European Union. We need a simple law, no rights denier, religion can not influence freedom. The Constitution of 1948 Article .32 states that the law can never violate the limits imposed by respect for human life that article was prepared recalling the Nazi experiments and memory processes aimed against doctors (Nazis NDT) in Nuremberg. Wanted was an article by Aldo Moro, a Catholic politician!

D. He never thought he would one day regret the Christian Democrats?
R. Those politicians had much more cultural depth. The dialectic between the parliamentary DC and the PCI was a level that now seems unthinkable. While the DC was in power, we pass the laws on divorce and abortion, the Democrats knew that they wanted the company and feminism, and understood that he would oppose them politically damaged. Many of them were real laity, had a sense of proportion and a greater respect for their opponents. Today we are reduced to tourism to be born and die, people will book in Swiss hospitals in order to die with dignity. Is it possible that a democratic state to force its citizens to seek political asylum to die? The law shall regulate these conflicts, not acuirli.

D. Rosa Luxemburg said that behind every business there was a dogma to defend.
R. Of course, I imagine that the interests of private health care affect the positions of the Vatican. Compared with the conclusions of the Council, things went progressively worse and now Italy is governed by movements such as Communion and Liberation, which they do business fabulous with the help and consent of the Government. The bad policy is the daughter of poor culture, the current problems arise from cultural degradation. I hope that Berlusconi's political regime will end soon, but it will take decades to overcome the effects of this cultural desert. The use of television not only as a propaganda tool, but as a means of abbruttimento, the degeneration of language ... everything is worse. The degradation has invaded a much wider area than the center-right anywhere in ec'imbattiamo behaviors mirror those of Berlusconi.

D. Are put into question even the rights of labor.
R. Legal thought has been greatly depleted. In seventies approved a radical reform of family law because the legal culture and its democratic inspiration permit it. It closed the asylums, they passed the Workers' Statute reform ... that would be unthinkable today.

D. The left does not react properly, why?
R. The recovery of the culture is the premise of the initiative to give new breath left. Everyone says you should look at the center, I think we should revive the first left. Craxi destroyed social democracy, the PCI has committed suicide, a cataclysm in which the effects still persist. We've lost the primacy of freedom and now commands the private and authoritarian institutions. The company it is decomposed, the country risks the disintegration. The policy shows the muscles and the right crumbles.

D. Europe will save us?
R. Europe does not live a wonderful time. Increasing xenophobia and racism, and the weakness of Italian culture is expanding across the continent. Throne and altar are new allies, although in a different way than before. Today we are witnessing the merger market, faith and politics that seek to organize our lives by manipulating the law. The Italian problem is the inadequate dealing with corruption, but that is promoted in accordance with law, as is clear from the scandal of the Civil Protection: it is no derogation from the transparency and routine checks in order to steal more easily. In the seventies the bribes were ridiculous and there was still greater composure and respect of the community. Craxi had a devastating role, represented a change of era. Now it has set the rule "If Berlusconi does, because I can not do?".
